The beginning of each new year, CSU-Pueblo nursing faculty calls a convocation of nursing professionals from the community, new sophomore nursing students, junior, senior nursing undergraduate students, graduate students, CSU-Pueblo faculty and new student families.

This is an introduction of new incoming nursing students to the profession of nursing. It offers an opportunity to meet other students, community professionals, future employers, faculty and families. This networking is invaluable for the new undergraduate and graduate student.  

This gathering is our opportunity as nurses to value each other and welcome our future nurses and advanced practice candidates to the wonderful career of nursing.
