Undergraduate Applications To Nursing Program There are two (2) separate applications that must be submitted for acceptance into the CSU-Pueblo Nursing Program. It is essential that each applicant understands that acceptance to the University does not imply acceptance into the Nursing program, nor does acceptance to the Nursing program imply acceptance to the University; the student must be accepted to both the University and to the Nursing department independently to be eligible for the Nursing program. Please follow the directions in steps 1 and 2 below:

Admissions If the student is accepted to the University, the student will receive an acceptance letter from the University which confirms the student's eligibility to take courses other than core nursing courses. If the student has additional questions regarding their University application specifically, please contact:

Step 2: The
Nursing Department application must be accompanied by the students
unofficial transcripts (i.e., a copy
of all the student's transcripts should be mailed in the same package as the student's Nursing
Department application). Download the following Nursing
Department application below (PDF). Send the
completed Nursing Department application
and the student's unofficial transcripts to: *The deadline for the Nursing Department applications for all programs (with the exception of the RN-to-BSN program which can be submitted year round) is May 25th of each year. If the student is accepted, declined, or put on a wait list for the Nursing Program. The student will receive a letter, from the Nursing Department confirming the student's status. These letters will be sent in September. Incomplete applications will not be considered for admittance.
