Curriculum Changes/Program Discontinuance
  • On May 5, 2005 the President of the University proposed to the Board of Governors of the Colorado State University System that the Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET) program be discontinued. The Board approved his proposal which has been forwarded to the Colorado Commission for Higher Education (CCHE).
  • As a consequence of this action, CSU-Pueblo will not admit any new students into its MET program. Students currently enrolled will be able to graduate by following a slightly modified schedule.
  • All current MET students are urged to contact their academic advisor prior to registering and adding or dropping courses to discuss their specific needs and circumstances.
  • The academic year 2007/08 is the last year that MET courses are offered. All MET students need to complete their degree requirements by May 2008.
