I. Course Overview

Practical approaches to job search techniques and application of computer skills relevant to solution of a comprehensive facilities management problem.

II. Course Objectives

After completing the course, students will have an advanced understanding of job search preparation and techniques and have developed a sophisticated, computerized facilities management system.

III. Instructional Activities

Students will make progress toward meeting the objectives, competencies and outcomes of the course through rigorous critical thinking and by:

  1. Regularly attending lectures and other course activities.
  2. Submitting complete project assignments in a timely manner.
  3. Reading and comprehending texts, journals and handouts.
  4. Actively participating in academic discussions and other course activities.
  5. Providing meaningful input to group activities.
