II. Course Objectives

After completing the course, students will have a basic understanding of and be able to effectively demonstrate entry-level skills in:

  1. Establishing and maintaining operating plans

  2. Budget and financial plan execution

  3. Lease operations

  4. Construction project execution

  5. Space management

  6. Maintenance planning and execution

  7. Services including provided cleaning, pest control, waste disposal, landscaping, parking and security
