Health Promotion |

|
Students completing the Health Promotion/Wellness option will be eligible to take the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing exam to become a Certified Health Education Specialists (CHES). Health Promotion/Wellness graduates can find employment in employee wellness, community health, government and volunteer health agencies, clinical and managed care settings. Curriculum includes classes in lifestyle behavior management, community health, and program planning and evaluation. Internships placements include city/county health departments, hospitals, worksite wellness, YMCAs, and the United States Olympic Training Center.
