BSN Applications

There are two (2) separate applications that must be submitted for acceptance into the CSU-Pueblo Undergraduate Nursing Program. It is essential that each applicant understands that acceptance to the University does not imply acceptance into the Nursing program, nor does acceptance to the Nursing program imply acceptance to the University; the student must be accepted to both the University and to the Nursing department independently to be eligible for the Nursing program.

Please follow the directions in steps 1 and 2 below:

Step 1:

Complete the University application for acceptance to the University. The University application must be accompanied by official transcripts from all colleges which the student has attended. The student can either apply online or download the University application by using the links below: CSU-Pueblo Graduate application or BSN application link.

If the student is accepted to the University, the student will receive an acceptance letter from the University which confirms the student's eligibility to take courses other than core nursing courses. Step 2:

The Nursing Department application must be accompanied by the students unofficial transcripts (i.e., a copy of all the student's transcripts should be mailed in the same package as the student's Nursing Department application). The background certification preadmission documentation through Magnus instructions are posted below.  Send the completed Nursing Department application and the student's unofficial transcripts to:
