QUESTION: Clarification was requested for Specifications 5 and 10
5) No part of the bridge will be allowed to touch any vertical face of the bridge support structure.
10) The bridge shall be constructed with an unobstructed area above the bridge deck at mid-span to allow for vertical loading on the deck from above with a 70 mm x 70 mm loading device.
